Use this bit for trimming laminates, veneers and wood to a flush edge. Can also be used for pattern cutting. When using this bit in a handheld router, the pattern must be under the workpiece; in a table-mounted router, the pattern must be above the workpiece. Provides fast, smooth, accurate cuts. Use in handheld and table-mounted routers. Tips For Using This Bit: Plastic laminate is very brittle and chips easily, so it is extremely important that you use proper eye and face protection. Never bottom out the router bit in the collet. Leave about 1/8 In. clearance to allow the collet to tighten properly.
